Our commitment

Mitr Companies Pty Ltd (ABN 96 689 165 240) is committed to making our websites and digital products accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our corporate site and our product platforms.

What we are doing

We continually work to improve accessibility by:

• Using semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for screen reader compatibility.
• Providing sufficient colour contrast in our design system.
• Ensuring all interactive elements are operable by keyboard.
• Including descriptive alt text for images and logos.
• Providing a "skip to content" link at the top of each page.
• Testing with assistive technologies during development.

Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA:

• Some third-party content (embedded videos, external widgets) may not be fully accessible.
• Older content may not have been updated to current standards.

We are actively working to address these gaps.
